Delivery Policy
General Provisions
We charge for the following services.
- 237 درهم will be charged for upgradation of Basic account to Silver Account
- 474 درهم will be charged for upgradation of Basic account to Gold Account
- 118 درهم will be charged as annual renewal Fee for Silver Account
- 237 درهم will be charged as annual renewal Fee for Gold Account
- Premium Placement charges may vary from city to city, practicing category to practicing category depending upon the number of visitors therefore charges are not fixed
- Premium Placements are at first come first serve basis.
- Charges will be higher for advance booking of Premium Placements depending upon the peak factors.
Deliverables:
- Upgradation of account is instant and all services of the upgraded account can be availed soon after successful payment transaction.
- Normal Premium Placement start displaying your profile soon after successfull payment transaction but advance booking or peak factor Premium Placement orders will be serve to the public on the date and time which was shown during the placement of the order.
- Shipping: all our services are digital. Nothing physical is shipped, so there are no shipping charges or delivery times, for customers in the UAE or abroad — access is delivered online.
- Cancellation: upgrades activate immediately after successful payment, so they cannot be cancelled once active (see our Refund Policy). An advance-booked placement can be cancelled before its start date by emailing info@findpro.ae; cancellation requests are processed within 2 working days.
- Orders cannot be interrupted once they have been placed. If you forgot to add something to your order before it was placed, please place a separate order for the additional.
